My wife & I filed a credit proposal with your company on March 12, 2010 & had our first of two meetings with BDO NB on May 26, 2010. At the meeting we asked for advise on purchasing a newer vehicle since our old model required many expensive repairs. BDO mentioned a program that you were working on called New Beginnings & they gave us the contact person. We contacted VSC & asked what was available to us. They explained how the program worked & assured us that this was no scam & that he would be working on a fairly late model vehicle to get us started & he would not surprise us with impossible interest rates. He gave us some ball park numbers & to our surprise he came through with every promise at an interest rate of 9>10% just as he promised. He came within pennies of the numbers he quoted us & we will be picking up the 2006 low mileage vehicle this week. It was so refreshing to deal with such an honest respectful person even though we experienced some financial difficulties in the past. In our case the financial problems were brought on by a two year illness & wages being reduced to less than 40% at some times. At first we thought that the proposal would be a very embarrassing experience but in this case VSC made us feel like a valued customer & treated us with total respect. I would like to commend VSC, BDO NB & anyone else involved in putting this program together. I trust that this service will continue with VSC & I assure you that we will be long time customers of VSC.
